I never stopped to view a relationship with God as a mutual give and take, but I have been content to let God just pour His love on me without me necessarily doing anything in return. I was obedient because I knew I saw supposed to be, but how does my obedience change when I view it as a way to show my love for the Lord?
How often do we take the safe route, the one without risk? How often do we turn to something more stable instead of towards what God is calling us to do because we are scared of the unknown?
